Dear Future Host Family,
Hi! I’m Angela, 27 years old, from the Philippines, and I think it’s finally time to do something for myself.
I’ve spent most of my 20s helping my family and doing what I could to support them. Now that my youngest sibling is about to graduate, I feel like it’s time to pursue a dream of my own, to experience living in at least one European country before I turn 30, even if it’s just for a short while. It’s a dream I’ve had for years and something I’ve always included in my prayers. I want to experience a different culture, try new foods, meet new people, and learn what life is like in another country.
Becoming an au pair would mean so much to me. I know it comes with responsibilities, and I’m ready to take them. I enjoy spending time with children, know how to take care of them, and am used to doing household chores. I’m willing to learn, adjust to a new environment, and do my best to support your family and be part of your daily lives.
To my future host family, I truly hope you’ll give me a chance. My heart has been longing for this dream
