DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 6:30am Breakfast table setting
• Preparing breakfast
• Preparing before breakfast medication
• Preparing after breakfast medication, vitamins, prune, prune water and flax seed powder
• Waking up Mr. Alireza for 9 A.M. medication
• Tidying the bed
• Preparing clothes, socks and shoes
• Replenish bottled water
• Replenish DulcoSoft, Humantra Electrolytes and Redoxon when needed
• Preparing the needs at the shower/washroom
• Few drops of essential oil in the shower area wall
• Serving breakfast
• Cleaning the bedroom, washroom and emptying garbage bins
• Bringing dirty clothes to the laundry area
• Preparing the two bags for daily essentials
• Helping at the kitchen and washing breakfast dishes
• Assisting for walking, exercise and swimming
• Preparing the needs for exercise and swimming
• Giving medicines when nurse isn't around
• Checking Blood Sugar and B.P.
• Preparing pool bed for resting and massage
• Head and feet massage after Physio
• Helping at the kitchen like washing dishes
• Preparing and serving Psyllium, Protein Shake and Pistachio nuts
• Preparing evening clothes
• Setting up bed
• Charging Mobile Sugar, Watch and Hearing aid
• Tidying washroom after evening bath
• Cleaning thoroughly the urinal
• Washing the Spirometer tube
• Bringing dirty clothes to the laundry area

• Helping for dinner preparation and washing dishes
• Body massage upon request
• Finger nails and toenails cutting (at least twice a month)
• Ear hair plucking (at least twice a month)
• Ensuring the safety of Mr. Alireza and assisting the nurses
• Refilling medication and vitamins
• Inventories of medicines and vitamins
• Checking all the essentials, medicines and vitamins to be purchased
• Coordinating with the nurses
• Coordinating with the House Manager and House Staff
• Helping doing house works
• Grinding Flax seeds
• Peeling off Pistachio nuts
SWIMMING SCHEDULES
Maandag, woensdag en donderdag
• Preparing the swimsuit, bathrobe, ear buds, sunscreen lotion
• Preparing white inner shirt, underwear, nonslip pair of socks and white cap for praying (put inside altogether in ziploc) and bring to the cabana
• Bringing the day clothes to the cabana
• Bringing down the shower chair to the cabana
• Coordinate with the family, Physio and House Manager
• Tidying cabana shower after swimming
• Bringing up the shower chair to Sir's shower area
