I'm Cedella, a 23-year-old living in Nairobi, Kenya. I recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and I'm currently exploring options to travel the world while making meaningful, lasting connections along the way.

I'm a lover of nature and adventure, and I occasionally go hiking around my country. I'm also passionate about healthy living, so I try to keep a wholesome lifestyle that includes working out, meditating, playing chess, and painting.

I'd say caring is one of the things that really defines me. My mother walks a lot, and by the end of the day it leaves her legs swollen and sore, so I noticed she'd soak her feet in warm water to ease it. Now I make sure it's ready before she even gets home, so all she has to do is sit down and relax. That's honestly how I try to show up for the people around me: I pay attention to the small things that make someone's day harder than it needs to be, and I try to smooth them out before anyone has to ask.

I'd describe myself as agile and adaptable. I work well in fast-paced environments, having been born and raised in a fast-paced city myself. I'm looking for a symbiotic relationship with the family that takes me in, and I hope they're kind and cheerful, because I certainly am!

I've worked with kids for most of my life. I've been a babysitter for as long as I can remember, so I'm pretty confident on that front. I can also double as a personal assistant, since I get things done quickly and love being around ambitious people who inspire me. I'm a fast learner too, as long as I'm taught gently and directly — after that, I'm good to go!
I'm also a fashion enthusiast, and I love art, trying new foods, and exploring new cultures, which is pretty much where I'm at.
