Hello! My name is Julisa Hurtado, but you can call me July. I am excited about this opportunity to be an Au Pair, and I want to share a bit about myself and tell you why I am the ideal Au Pair for your family.

I was born in a loving home in the Ecuadorian highlands. I grew up with an education full of Christian and human values. My parents, through their example, have always shown me that values can change the world. That is why, from a very young age, I was selected as a Sunday school teacher and for vacation camps in my Christian community. I have an exceptional ability to help and lovingly guide children of various ages and different social backgrounds about the word of God.

Additionally, my nursing training has taught me the importance of empathy, effective communication, and attention to detail. When I volunteered at the orphanage in my city, my tutors told me I demonstrated to be a valuable addition to the health and educator team. Thanks to this experience, I could develop and respond to medical situations that may arise and provide child health care within their daily routines.

On the other hand, over the past few months, I helped as an educator in a daycare, where I had the opportunity to care for and teach children of various ages, from babies to preschoolers, to do tasks on their own. My time at the daycare taught me the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment for children where they can learn and grow. Additionally, I worked closely with parents to ensure the needs and expectations of each child were met.

Regarding my personality, all these experiences have allowed me to develop essential skills such as patience, responsibility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while creating a loving and child-well-being environment that fosters children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

My expectations for the program are to have a transformative international experience, creating beautiful memories while building meaningful relationships with you and your beloved children. At the same time, I want to improve my English language skills and learn more about your culture.
